Why We Need Permitting Reform for Building Clean Energy Projects with Dana Nuccitelli

The most urgent U.S. Climate policy of 2023 is the need to reform the process for granting federal, state and local permits for clean energy projects. Citizens’ Climate Lobby Research Coordinator and climate journalist Dana Nuccitelli will discuss what permitting reform is, why it’s so important for America’s climate targets, what the Biden Administration and Congress can do to achieve it, and why some climate justice organizations are concerned about it.
