Special Event: Exploring EPA Standards & Understanding the Congressional Review Act

Monty grew up in New Hampshire and holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of St Andrews, Scotland. He was the St Andrews COP26 Project Coordinator, where he worked to engage the community with the UN Climate Change Conference and the climate agenda. He was also a Scotia Group Fellow, working with global leaders to link the global rule of law with climate action. He worked on Congressman Chris Pappas’s successful re-election campaign in 2022 before moving to Washington DC and join Climate Action Campaign. In his free time, Monty enjoys exploring the outdoors, mountain biking, and skiing.
